| Day 1 | Nairobi/Nyeri | Nairobi/Nyeri On arrival at JKIA, you are met by a Nature Expeditions representative who drive with you to the Aberdare region arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. An afternoon game drive at Solio Ranch. This ranch plays a very major part in the protection and breeding of black rhinos, the ranch is a fenced, privately-owned protected area geared toward rhino conservation, The Rhino is a member of the Big 5 group which includes lions, leopards, buffaloes, and elephants. | Day 2 | Samburu National Reserve | Samburu National Reserve After breakfast check out and drive to Samburu National Reserve. The Reserve is within the lands of the colourful Samburu people, close relatives of the Maasai, and harbours a number of wildlife species found only north of the equator; these include Grevy's zebra, the reticulated giraffe and the Beisa Oryx. Samburu Reserve offers unique vistas of rounded and rugged hills and undulating plains. Arrive for lunch and later proceed on an afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight. | Day 3 | Samburu National Reserve | Samburu National Reserve One more day in this park where game viewing and visibility is excellent. Bird life is superb with over 380-recorded species and game includes reticulated giraffes, Grevy's zebras, elephants, Oryx, Somali ostrich, hippos, crocodiles, gerenuk, buffaloes, lions, leopards, cheetahs and hyenas. The long-necked gerenuk is a graceful antelope, which spends much of its time in a bi-pedal stance seeking succulence among the withered scrub which dots this harsh terrain. | Day 4 | Lake Manyara National Park | Lake Nakuru National Park After breakfast, depart with picnic lunch for a game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru is a home to the endangered species of animals such as rhinos and Rothschild giraffe other animals in this park includes the shy leopard, buffaloes, zebras, baboons, warthogs, jackals, Thompsons and grant gazelles, baboons and birds such as both lesser and greater flamingoes, fish eagles, daters, stocks, egrets, ibises and ground dwellers such as bustards, guinea fowls among others later back to the Lodge for dinner and overnight. | Day 5 | Maasai Mara Game Reserve | Maasai Mara Game Reserve This morning, travel to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, so named to mean the 'spotted plains' in Maa language. Arrive and check-in at the camp in time for lunch. Clients can go for game drive or opt to stay at the hotel and enjoy facilities such as the swimming pool and a nature walk around the camp. | Day 6 | Maasai Mara Game Reserve | Maasai Mara Game Reserve Spend the day in the Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. Masai Mara is home to the greatest concentration of large mammals and is widely recognized as Africa's ultimate wildlife reserve. The Park is the northern extension to the vast Serengeti-Mara ecosystem, famous for its annual migration of wildebeest.
